"Nature System" is the debut album of RamonPang, a Los Angeles-based Filipino-American DJ, producer, label head and documentarian of all things electronic music. RamonPang’s progressive inclusion of glimmering electronica, IDM and abstract elements into his explosive beats has not gone unnoticed in 2021. Described as “taking ideas to a more deep, cosmic level” by Four Tet, who went on to support the lead single “Webs'' on his never-ending playlist. His other influences, including Baauer, Floating Points, and Mura Masa soon followed suit, supporting his organic genre-blends of dance music with abstract niches.

“Nature System” explores the line between the organic and digital realms, originally written to aid RamonPang with the anxiety he felt having to leave his apartment in a COVID world. “Reentering in the Atmosphere” and “Shimmer'' slow the album to a meditative, blissful state, while “Indoor Sunset” and “Overview Effect” rip the album open with distorted bass drums and sharp granular synths. The artwork was designed by RamonPang to invoke the feeling of seeing the sun rise from his apartment window.
