Here is Frank Sinatra’s second recording of "A Foggy Day," written by George & Ira Gershwin for the 1937 film A Damsel in Distress & recorded on December 19, 1960 for his debut Reprise album, Ring-a-Ding-Ding! released in 1961. Because Nelson Riddle was unavailable due to still being under contract to Capital Records, the album was arranged & conducted by Johnny Mandel. Sinatra’s pianist, Bill Miller, was featured on both albums.
