Description
Hey all! I've been jamming to the Longest Johns' new album Between Wind and Water, and they introduced me to this gem. Their version seems to come largely from the Ewan MacColl and A.L. Lloyd recording, and I've kept mostly to that. Hugill gives two additional versions in Shanties from the Seven Seas. I played around with a few of those verses, too, but at the end of the day, I liked the simplicity of this one.
