The current upload is a duet by 森進一 (Mori Shin-ichi) and 鄧麗君 (Teresa Teng) on May 31, 1984 at an enka song event in Japan. Teresa Teng sang the Chinese version and Mori Shin-ichi the Japanese version. I have obtained the permission from iteresateng.com and upload it in my channel with correction of some lyric errors on the original video screen. In addition, I have added pinyin for the Chinese portion and Romaji for the Japanese portion, and English translations of the lyrics in two languages.

In 1974, as the original singer,森進一 (Mori Shin-ichi) recorded this famous song "襟裳岬 (Erimo Misaki)", meaning "Cape Erimo". 吉田拓郎 (Yoshida Takurou) composed the song, and 岡本おさみ (Okamoto Osami) wrote the lyrics. The song won the Japanese Record Award and the Japanese Ballad Award. It was also the finale of the audience for the first time in the 25th Kohaku Uta Gassen (Red And White Song Contest) of the year. This song was later made into a Chinese version by Teresa Teng, and has been widely sung in the Chinese circle. In almost all of her renditions of this song, however, Teresa Teng sang it in both Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
